Ezybuilding Construction & Consulting Ltd. hereby guarantee to all our valued customer that the construction period for the residential dwelling will be completed within 6-8 month period from the start work date that will be specified in our contract (Term and conditions applied solely at Ezybuilding Construction & Consulting Ltd. discretion). Should there be a delay in the construction period, a liquidated damages sum of $1000 (New Zealand Dollar One Thousand only) will be imposed per week.
