Chancellor is engaged in various aspects of real estate development, including SPEC build, design build, high rise apartment, and corporate client project etc. Chancellor Construction prides itself on the core value of efficiency, professionalism, and quality. The company completed government housing projects in Glen Innes for Housing NZ in 2015, and is currently partnering with a large scale commercial construction company in constructing of 125 Albany apartments. Chancellor Construction also has residential housing projects located in Albany, Greenhithe, Takapuna, Flatbush, Avondale, Henderson, Riverhead, Hobsonville, Whenuapai and Karaka. In 2017, Chancellor Construction is developing numbers of residential housing projects in Takanini, allied with Housing New Zealand.

Chancellor Construction employs a professional team of over 16 people, comprised of registered engineers, architects, planners, LBP project managers, quantity surveyors, and financial accountants. Health and Safety on site is a key factor taken into consideration while driving for quality and efficiency. Specific Site Safety Plan (SSSP) is strictly followed during the construction. Chancellor is a valued member of Site Safe New Zealand and HAZARDCO.
Corporate social responsibility
Chancellor is a member of NZ Sustainability Business Network. The company initiated an ongoing programme named Keep NZ Green, which is designed to minimise environmental impact on landfill from building waste. Chancellor is also a supporter of Auckland Helicopter Mission Trust, and main sponsor of a high school cricket team at Avondale College.
